Paul McCartney, age 71, is a British rock star, bass guitarist, and songwriter. McCartney was born on June 18, 1942 in Liverpool, England. He was a major inspiration to the life of music and is loved by millions and millions of people. Even though, McCartney was born in England, his music is popular all over the world.

McCartney is a major legend in the world of music. His unique, rocker style has made the world go nuts over him.   He, along with John Lennon, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr started a band called, "The Beatles". "The Beatles" were widely regarded as the greatest and most influential act of the rock era. Down the road, McCartney formed other bands such as "Wings", "The Quarrymen", and "The Fireman". Through his life, McCartney won awards and achievements for is amazing music talent.
